Everybody can be Brecht!
Performance realized by the Daily Heroes collective at the Palco Giratório Festival in Porto Alegre in 2011 at the Symposium of the International Brecht Society. Over three days, performers invited passers-by to read a poem by Brecht, choosing costumes, style of interpretation and backdrop in the city of Porto Alegre. Edited over night by the visual artist Lucas Carnavarro, the readings were edited, creating a video which was presented during the closing ceremony of the Symposium and after at Hans-Thies Lehmann’s conference at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
